Registration Policy

• Please pay the registration fee until 23:59 JST, 30 September 31 October 2024.
  If payment is delayed without official communication from your university, your registration for participation and presentation will automatically cancelled. We do not accept cash at the venue for any reason.
  Please pay the registration fee in Japanese Yen.
• The registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.
• Register for your presentation after you register for attendance.
  The deadline for presentation registration is 23:59 JST, 30 September 7 October 2024.
  Registration for Presentation has been closed.
• If the number of presentations reaches capacity, the registration for the presentation may be stopped.
• Please book your accommodation by yourself. November is the high season of tourism in Hakodate.
  We strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations at the same time you register to attend IFS2024.
  The Steering Committee will not make hotel reservations for general participants.

• An abstract and important instructions will be sent by email at least one week before the conference.

• The registration fee covers the lunches and coffee breaks on the 20th and 21st and the banquet on the 21st.
• We provide Muslim-friendly meals only to participants who check “I prefer the Muslim meal” at registration for participation.
• We recommend on-site registration (check-in) on the afternoon of November 19th. Light refreshments will be provided.
